FAQ's

You can navigate to the individual product page, select the product options and the hire start date to check availability and place a booking. The website won't allow an unavailable date to be booked.

Navigate to the item(s) in the store that you would like to book, choose from any required options and click add to cart.

Go to the shopping cart, double check the item(s) and options and proceed to the checkout page.

Enter your details, choose from the available delivery and collection options, payment methods and complete the booking.

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you immediately. Please check your spam/junk folders for it and add us to your safe senders list in your email software.

You can log in to your account to check the booking details.

You will hear from us at the appropriate time with delivery and collection notifications send by email and sms.

Bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit. You can also choose to pay in full at the time of booking, just select this option on the checkout page.

The remainder/balance of the booking amount is due on or before delivery. You can log in to the website to pay this beforehand or pay the deliver driver on delivery.

You can cancel any time before delivery for any reason. The deposit will not be refunded for any reason.

If you have paid in full and you cancel the booking before delivery, 70% will be refunded.

All hire items are delivered to and collected from your shipping address. No warehouse pickups are available.

When you get to the checkout page, you will be able to tell us your event start time and choose from the available delivery and collection options.

Event Start Time

Please give us the actual start time of your event so we can make sure you receive an appropriate delivery timeslot. This is not a delivery time.

Delivery
  • Flexible Delivery (Free Delivery) - Delivery wherever you fit in our schedule. This could be on the day or the day before.
  • Need Same Day Delivery ($22) - Delivery wherever you fit in our schedule and allows enough setup time.
  • Need Specific Delivery Window ($55) - Choose delivery date and 1 hour delivery window.
Collection
  • Flexible Collection (Free Collection) - Collection wherever you fit in our schedule. This could be the day after your event or a couple of days later.
  • Need Specific Collection Window ($55) - Choose collection date and 1 hour collection window.
Notifications
  • We will send you an email and an sms message with a 1 hour delivery and/or collection window. This notification is sent out the day before delivery or collection day.
