When does the alcohol need to be added to a slushie cocktail mix?

It is best to add the alcohol straight away although you can add the alcohol any time before or after it is frozen. If adding alcohol later, it takes approx 15 minutes to stir through the mix. A temperature adjustment may be required after adding the alcohol.
